Spiral Cooler：
The Spiral-Type Cooling Machine is a poultry body pre-cooling equipment used in poultry killing and processing. After soaking and turning in 0 ~ 4℃ cooling water, poultry’s body temperature evenly decreased to below 10℃. At this temperature, blood can still bleed out so that the body looks white and can be easily cut apart.
